Welcome to the Battlefield-Dulles Chapter of the National Contract Management Association. Our Chapter received a charter from NCMA Headquarters on January 18th, 2000. The initial meetings were held in Manassas, Virginia. Over the years the Chapter migrated east to Chantilly, then north to Herndon and back to Chantilly as we continually strive to meet the ever-changing needs of our members. We meet monthly for seminars, CART Meetings, Webinars, BOD Meetings and discussions involving real issues, case study examples, and solutions based on current events in the government contracting community.
